Business Contract Purchase (BCP)
Business Contract Purchase (BCP) is suitable for VAT registered businesses. A small initial deposit is required followed by VAT free fixed monthly payments. At the end of the agreement, the organisation has the option to purchase the vehicle via balloon payment, the cost of which is agreed at the start of the contract.
Advantages of Business Contract Purchase (BCP):
- The value of the vehicle can be put against taxable profits
- A flexible option to meet your budget and driving requirements
- Road tax is included for the first year of the agreement
- Pay balloon payment in monthly instalments, subject to credit acceptance*
- Potential to extend term agreement
Considerations:
- Vehicle/s must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements
- Vehicle must be returned in line with the lease company’s Fair Wear and Tear policy
- If agreed mileage is exceeded, charges will apply
- You are responsible for insuring the car with fully comprehensive cover
Business Contract Hire (BCH)
Business Contract Hire (BCH) is suitable for sole traders, partnerships, PLCs and limited companies. The contract begins with a low initial payment followed by fixed monthly payments. VAT registered companies can claim back 50% of the VAT on the cost of leasing the vehicle. Once the term of the agreement ends the vehicle is returned to the leasing provider.

- Road Fund License cost is included within the monthly payments
